**UPDATE**
***LA 436 IS NOW OPEN TO TRAFFIC**
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public LA 436 approximately 2.78 miles north of LA 21 in Washington Parish remains closed while crews repair a failed cross drain.
Permit/Detour Section:
Limited local access continues to be available until permanent repairs can be completed.
Northbound motorists should take LA 21 to LA 436 East.
Southbound motorists should take LA 21 to LA 436 West.
