LANE/SHOULDER CLOSURE: LA 526 (Bert Kouns Ind. Loop), Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, October 12, 2026, the outside lane and shoulder of a small section of LA 526 (Bert Kouns Industrial Loop) westbound in Shreveport will be closed.
This construction area is located near the intersection with Antoine Blvd, approximately 1.4 miles east of LA 511 (W. 70th Street).
This lane/shoulder closure is scheduled to be in place daily from approximately 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 15 days, and is necessary to allow a contractor to construct a driveway tie-in for a private development at the referenced location.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
Alternate Route: No detour necessary for this work.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
