"Contact Us" was developed to allow the public to submit on-line, questions or report illicit discharges occurring within the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development's system of highways and bridges. Information submitted from the public through "Contact Us" will be received and investigated by the DOTD's Environmental Compliance Unit, located at 1201 Capitol Access Road, Baton Rouge, LA. The purpose for "Contact Us" is to provide the public with a means to transmit information that will enhance DOTD's ability to maintain compliance under its statewide MS4 permit.
