Sealed bids for performance of the following work will be received by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD)/ District 05, Headquarters,8010 DeSiard Street, Monroe, LA 71203, until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read.  No bids will be received after 10:00a.m.  Any person requiring special accommodations shall notify the Department of Transportation and Development(DOTD) at (318) 342-0100 not less than three (3) business days before bid opening.

Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with Section 102 of the 2016 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges as amended by the project specifications, and must include all information required by the proposal. ONLY PAPER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THIS PROJECT. Please be advised if your business is the low bidder for this job, you will not be awarded the project if it is found “Not in Good Standing” for more than twelve months in the Louisiana Secretary of State database.
