Sealed bids for the following project(s) will be received by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD)/ District 05, 8010 DeSiard St, Monroe, LA 71203, until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with Section 102 of the 2016 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges as amended by the project specifications, and must include all information required by the proposal. ONLY PAPER BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THIS PROJECT.

Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of Highway, Street and Bridge (HSB) or Heavy Construction.
