Sealed bids for the following project(s) will be received by the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) onTuesday, June 10, 2025

Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with Section 102 of the 2016 Louisiana Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges as amended by the project specifications, and must include all information required by the proposal.

After finalization, official plans and specifications may be seen at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, District 04 Headquarters, 3339 Industrial Drive, Bossier City, LA. 71112. Plans and/or proposal forms may be obtained at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, District 04 Headquarters, Design Section 3339 Industrial Drive, Bossier city, LA or by calling (318) 549-8411 or toll free 1-800-762-1852. Written requests for plans and/or proposal forms may be sent to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, District 04 Headquarters, Design Section, P.O. Box 38, Shreveport, LA. 71161-0038. Plans and/or proposal forms will be transmitted upon payment of the required amounts, (not to be refunded). Proposal forms will not be issued within 24 hours before the opening of bids.
