This $49.7 million project will fund the construction of two new boats that will each measure 190 feet by 50 feet by 13 feet. Once complete, the new boats will replace the Cameron II, which has been in service since it was built in 1964. The new boats will allow large commercial vehicles to be loaded and unloaded without any interruptions. The first boat is anticipated to be completed in late 2025, with the second boat set for completion in early 2026.
