US 190 J-Turns Near Livonia
The project being proposed by Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), using federal funds, is located on US 190 in Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. The proposed scope of this project includes the closure of median openings for control of access along US 190 from its intersection with LA 78 eastward to Reliable Lane, and constructing three J-Turns within the corridor.
