Eastbound and Westbound US 190 Mississippi River Bridge in East and West Baton Rouge Parishes, from the West abutment of the bridge to the East abutment of the bridge, may have one lane in each direction closed Monday, February 15th through Saturday, February 20th. This closure will be allowed from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily. This closure is necessary for bridge painting and structural repair work.
No wide loads will be permitted during this closure and those vehicles may detour using the I-10 Mississippi River Bridge.
This lane closure is subject to change depending on adverse weather conditions. If this occurs, a modified lane closure notice will be distributed.
