The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that the construction work which began on Monday November 30, 2015, will continue on the bridge locations listed below. The work consists of bridge deck repairs and joint repairs. The contractor anticipates working 7 days a week with every other weekend off. The Construction work is expected to be completed in January 2017. Updates to the Permit/Detour Section are listed below.

Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 10 feet

Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 9 feet
Route: LA 111, between US 171 and LA 392 in Vernon Parish (Structure No.’s 08581330211011 and 08581330211181)

Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 14 feet
Route: LA 115, between LA 1188 and LA 29 in Avoyelles Parish (Structure No. 08050330107911)

Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 9 feet
Route: La 1250, Between Melrose Street and Expressway Drive - Underneath Structure No. 08400230102741 in Rapides Parish
Dates: December 22, 2015 - February 29, 2016
Restrictions: The roadway will be closed to thru traffic.
NOTE: There will be NO detours associated with this road closure.
Route: US 165 Business, between LA 3100 and US 165 in Rapides Parish (Structure No. 08400150103711)
Date: January 10, 2016 - February 29, 2016
Restrictions: There will be a width restriction of 12 feet
