Traffic change LA 182 (North University Avenue) at Hollywood Drive/Alcide Domingue Drive in Lafayette

Today, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announced that on Sunday, August 30, at 7 a.m., a traffic change will take effect at the median crossover on LA 182 (North University Avenue) at Hollywood Drive/Alcide Domingue Drive in Lafayette.

Due to a high rate of crashes, the change will prohibit left turns and cross over movements at Hollywood Drive/Alcide Domingue Drive onto/across LA 182 (North University Avenue).

Motorists traveling on Hollywood Drive/Alcide Domingue Drive will be mandated to turn right at the intersection of LA 182 (North University Avenue). Left turns from LA 182 (North University Avenue) onto Hollywood Drive/Alcide Domingue Drive will still be allowed.
