LA 4 in Caldwell Parish, approximately 1 mile west of US 165, is closed Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. to all vehicular traffic railroad repairs.
The alternate traffic route is US 165 to LA 126 to LA 850.
