DOTD announces road closure on La. 733 at Eloi Broussard Bridge
LAFAYETTE, La. -- The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, La. 733 will be closed at the Eloi Broussard Bridge between 9 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
This road closure is necessary to allow crews to make repairs to the bridge’s fender system.
During the closure motorists are urged to use alternate routes such as U.S. 167 (Johnston Street) to La. 3073 (Ambassador Caffery Parkway) to La. 339 (Verot School Road) to La. 92 (E. Milton Highway).
