LA 23 (Belle Chasse Hwy) South bound at the Oakville Flood gate (near Capt. Larry’s) January 13^th,  9:00 pm – 14^th 6:00 am southbound lanes will be closed for work on the highway flood gate.  Police will direct traffic on the north bound lanes thru the construction site.
