DOTD announces groundbreaking ceremony for I-12 Widening Project in St. Tammany Parish
WHAT: The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will host a press conference to announce the start of the nearly $21 million project to widen Interstate 12 from North Shore/Airport Road to U.S. 11 in St. Tammany Parish.
WHEN: Thursday, April 9 at 10:30 a.m.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
$20.6M – I-12: North Shore/Airport Road to U.S. 11 Widening – This project will widen approximately 2.4 miles of Interstate 12 from North Shore/Airport Rd. to U.S. 11 by adding a travel lane in both directions (eastbound and westbound). The project is designed to improve capacity in the corridor.
