LA 1030 (Cockerham Road), from LA 16 (Range Avenue) to Robbie Street, will be closed to thru traffic from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm daily beginning Wednesday, December 12, 2012 through Friday, December 14, 2012 (weather permitting). This closure is necessary while crews install new cross drain pipes.
The road will be closed to thru traffic approximately 200 feet west of Lansdowne Drive, but local traffic will be able to access from each side of the closure. To avoid the construction zone, motorists may take LA 16 (Range Avenue) to LA 1026 (Lockhart Road) to LA 1030 (Cockerham Road) or LA 16 (Range Avenue) to LA 3282 (Centerville Street) to LA 1031 (Hatchell Lane) to LA 1030 (Lockhart Road) as an alternate route.
