The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that US 71 in Natchitoches Parish between the Winn Parish Line and LA 1225 is NOW OPEN TO TRAFFIC, EFFECTIVE 6:45 PM, Monday, November 24, 2014.
