DOTD announces reopening of Butte LaRose boat landing in St. Martin Parish

HENDERSON, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the Butte LaRose boat landing near the Atchafalaya Welcome Center, in St. Martin Parish, is now reopened to the public.
The boat landing was closed in September 2014 due to the low water levels caused by the drawdown at Henderson Lake.
The Department apologizes for any inconvenience to the public.
