Main Bridge
Complete Closure Westbound 10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. (7 hours) each night from 10:00 pm Tuesday 04 December 2012 through Friday morning 07 December 2012. Erecting steel girders in the batture. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. Eastbound bridge lanes will be open.
Complete closure Eastbound Bridge lanes 10:00 P.M. Friday December 7, 2012 through Saturday 08 December 12:00 P.M. (14 hours). The eastbound right lane will be reopened and 12:00 P.M. on Saturday 08 December 2012. The left lane will re-opened at 5:00 A.M on Monday 10 December 2012. Both westbound lanes will be open throughout all closures. The purpose of the closures will be to place concrete deck on the eastbound westbank approach on Friday night and Saturday Morning and erect Eastbank Eastbound Steel Girders in the Batture area between the Eastbank River Road. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
Complete Closure Eastbound 10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. (7 hours each night) Saturday 08 December 2012 and Sunday 09 December 2012. Erection of steel girder on the east bank eastbound approach over the Batture area. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. Both lanes westbound will be open. If weather prevents the work on Saturday or Sunday, Monday the 10th from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. will be used to complete the work.
West Bank River Road (LA 541)
Closure to through Traffic 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (5 hours each day) Thursday 06 December 2012 and Friday 07 December 2012. Installation and erection of steel cross frames over the road and levee. Detour will be clearly marked emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
West Bank River Road (LA 541)
Closure to through traffic Friday 06 December 2012 at 7:00 P.M. until Monday 10 December 2012 at 5:00 A.M. Emergency vehicles will be allowed though. Purposes is to erect safety cables and working platforms for painting activities over the road and levee.
Bridge City Avenue and Seven Oaks Blvd at US 90
Alternating lane closures 9:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Daily from Tuesday 04 December 2012 through Friday 07 December 2012 at 2:00 P.M. Painting barrier and bridge beams over BCA/Seven Oaks Blvd.
Jefferson Highway East and Westbound
Alternating lane Closures 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Tuesday 04 December 2012 through Friday 07 December 2012. Roadway surface paving and preparation for lane striping on east and west bound Jefferson Highway between Plantation and Jefferson Heights..
Clearview Parkway Northbound
Right lane closure northbound 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. (6 hours daily) Wednesday 05 December 2012 through Friday 07 December 2012 at 3:00 P.M. Installing new waterline service lines and fire hydrants. Businesses will have full access throughout the work. The work will include some sidewalk repair, curb repair, and business access repairs.

Main Bridge
Complete closure Eastbank bound 12:00 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. (5 hours) Monday 10 December 2012 through Thursday Morning 13 December 2012 at 5:00 A.M. Continuing to erect Eastbank eastbound Steel Girders in the Batture area between the Eastbank River Road. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. Westbound bridge lanes will be open.
Complete Closure westbound from 10:00 P.M. to 1:30 A.M. and eastbound from 1:30 A.M. to 5:00 A.M. (7 hours each night) on Thursday 11 December and ending Saturday 15 December 2012 at 5:00 A.M. Installing cross frames, laterals and splices on eastbank steel girders. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
Complete Closure Eastbank Bound 10:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. (7 hours each night) Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 December 2012 ending at 5:00 A.M. on Monday 17 December 2012. Completing steel erection work east bank bound. Westbound lanes will remain open throughout. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through.
Westbank River Road (LA 541)
Complete Closure to through pedestrian and vehicular traffic under the bridge and levee 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. (5 hours each day) Monday 10 December 2012 through Friday 14 December 2012 at 3:00 P.M. The closure is needed to erect bridge cross frames over LA 541. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. Detour will be clearly marked.
Complete closure to through pedestrian and vehicular traffic from 7:00 P.M. on Friday 14 December 2012 through Monday 17 December 2012 at 5:00 A.M. This is a backup date for bridge painting platform erection and safety cable installation. Detour will be clearly marked. Emergency vehicles will be allowed through. This closure request will be updated on Tuesday the 11th of December.
Westbank westbound traffic Switch over Bridge City Avenue
Alternating closures for striping and final object marker placement for the west bound overpass ramp and off ramp to Bridge City Avenue 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Traffic will be permanently routed for US 90 westbound through traffic over Bridge City Ave/Seven Oaks Blvd. once the striping is completed. Police will be on site to assist.
Clearview Parkway Northbound (East Corporate to Mounes)
Right lane closure 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Daily Monday 10 December 2012 through Friday 14 December 2012. Installing new water service line.
