R/R Crossing Hwy 77, Road Closure

In Iberville Parish within the town of Maringouin at Railroad Crossing on Hwy 77, on December 5, 2012 the Union Pacific Railroad will be replacing the crossing pads. This work will begin at 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Union Pacific contact is Johnny Taylor @ 402-547-3124. Detour in this area would be Hwy 997 to Hwy 77. Also DOTD appreciates your cooperation and to use caution within this work area. Be aware that this may change due to weather conditions an updated information will be sent if necessary.
