Repairs to the Canadian National Railroad crossing will require closure of the road to all traffic on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 through Friday, December 7, 2012.
The road will be closed to through traffic at the Canadian National Railroad crossing, which is approximately 0.325 miles North of US 190.
Traffic can detour on Hatchell Lane (LA 1031) which is approximately 1.0 miles West of Eden Church Road then right on Cockerham Road (LA 1030) which is approximately 1.2 miles North then right on Lockhart Rd. (LA 1026) which is approximately 1.2 miles North. Lockhart Road intersects Eden Church Road at a point approximately 1.2 miles South.
Traffic can also detour on Burgess Avenue (LA 1027) which is approximately 1.2 miles East of Eden Church Road then left on Lockhart Road (LA 1026) which is approximately 0.4 miles East. Lockhart Road intersects Eden Church Road at a point approximately 1.3 miles North of Burgess Avenue (LA 1027).
