Hwy 191; Half Mile South of Hwy 390; Sabine Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that the Northbound lane of Hwy 191 where it crosses the spillway, half a mile south of Hwy 390, will be closed due to the inspection of the spillway. The closure will be from 8:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2014.
Permit/Detour section
There will be no detour as only the Northbound Lane will be closed. Be advised that a flagman will be at the scene to direct the flow of traffic
