I-49 Avoyelles Parish Lane Closure

The LA DOTD advises the public that beginning Friday, November 9, 2012, the left and right lanes on the I-49 Northbound Bridge and I-49 Southbound Bridge, Avoyelles Parish, will experience alternating temporary lane closures to allow for bridge deck joint repairs. These closures will be continuous throughout the life of the project which will last approximately (2)two weeks.

Permit/Detour section

There will be width restrictions of 14 feet as a result of these temporary closures.
