LA 73 will be closed to through traffic approximately ΒΌ mile south of Airline Hwy. (Near the KCS Railroad Crossing) on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 8 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. This closure is needed for crews to install a new cross drain pipe under LA 73 at this location.
This closure will NOT allow any vehicles to travel through this area during the closure times.
The Detour Route is as follows: For North bound LA 73, take LA 73 south to LA 621, turn left on LA 621 and proceed to Airline Hwy. (US 61). Turn left of Airline Hwy. and proceed north to the LA 73 intersection. For South bound LA 73, take Airline Hwy. south to LA 621, turn right on LA 621 and proceed to LA 73.
