The Public Hearing on the Department of Transportation and Development’s proposed Highway Program for State Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to be held at the Franklin Media Center, 7923 Prairie Road, Winnsboro, LA, 71295, on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. has been cancelled. This hearing was for DOTD District 58 parishes of Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, Franklin, LaSalle, and Tensas. When the hearing has been rescheduled, a new notice will be published.
