Lane closure: I-10 WB (Enterprise Boulevard to Lakeshore Drive) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced alternating lane closures along I-10 Westbound from Enterprise Boulevard to Lakeshore Drive (Mile Marker 31.2 to Mile Marker 29) starting 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2025, through 5 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2025.
The Enterprise Blvd. and Kirkman St. on-ramps onto I-10 West will be closed while the lane closures are in effect.
Detour information:
Motorists can detour via Church Street and Lakeshore Drive to access I-10 Westbound.
The closure is necessary for crews to conduct guardrail repairs. Work will be conducted weather permitting.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
