The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that due to hazardous weather conditions, Plank Roak Bridge 600ft South of Blount Road in East Baton Rouge Parish will be closed to traffic on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 7:00 a.m.
Motorists are advised to stay off the roadways as many are becoming impassable due to the winter weather conditions.
DOTD crews will continue to monitor state bridges and roadways.
