New Traffic Pattern: LA 427 (Perkins Rd) @ Walmart Access – Ascension Parish

Construction is underway for State Projects H.014088. This State Project is modify the intersection of US 61 and LA 427 by installing an additional left turn lane on US 61 NB onto LA 427, as well as to modifying LA 427 between US 61 and Red Oak Drive in Ascension Parish.
The signal at LA 427 and the Walmart access has been set to flashing in anticipation for its permanent removal. A new traffic pattern is to be expected for motorists at this intersection once this signal is removed. Please follow all signage and striping when traversing this new traffic pattern.
