Shoulder closure: I-10 near MP 25.0 to MP 30.5 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces there will be shoulder closures on Interstate 10 near Milepost 25 and Milepost 30 from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on the following days.
- Monday, October, 14, through Friday, October 18, 2024
- Monday, October 21, 2024, through Friday, October 25, 2024.
Shoulder closures will be in effect near Milepost 25 along I-10 EB & WB. Shoulder closures near MP 30 will occur underneath I-10 at the Lakeshore Drive, Ryan Street and Bilbo Street overpasses.
The closures are necessary for bridge evaluations.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
