There will be alternating, intermittent lane closures of the inside (left) or the outside (right) lanes of Eastbound and Westbound US 190 from I-12 (mile post 248) to LA 22 (mile post 250) on Monday, September 30, 2013 through Sunday, October 6, 2013 while construction crews perform asphalt paving, remove and replace concrete curb and gutter, adjust catch basins and raise the approach slabs at Fairway Drive.  The contractor may work nightly between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM (weather permitting).

One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open at all times. 

Permit/Detour Section

By law, oversized loads are not allowed to travel at night.  Emergency vehicles will have access.

During the nightly construction, eastbound motorists may take I-12 to LA 59, South on LA 59 to US 190 East and westbound motorists may take LA 59 to I-12, West on I-12 to US 190 West.
