TRAFFIC ADVISORY: I-220 slow moving operation, Bossier Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, drivers may encounter a slow moving operation along the shoulder of I-220 eastbound and westbound in Bossier Parish.
This work is scheduled to take place from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
DOTD maintenance personnel will be conducting work in the median area on I-220 from I-20 to the Red River in Bossier Parish, and while all lanes will remain open, we encourage motorists to drive with caution and be alert to changing roadway conditions.
Drivers are strongly urged to remove all distractions, never drive while intoxicated, and reminder to be on the lookout for crews and equipment.
