There will be alternating, intermittent lane closures of the inside (left) or the outside (right) lanes of eastbound and westbound US 190 from I-12 to LA 22 on Monday, September 16, 2013 through Sunday, September 22, 2013 while construction crews remove and replace concrete curb, widen the existing roadway and perform asphalt paving.  The contractor may work nightly between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM (weather permitting).

One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open at all times. 

Permit/Detour Section

By law, oversized loads are not allowed to travel at night.  Emergency vehicles will have access.

During the nightly construction, eastbound motorists may take I-12 to LA 59, South on LA 59 to US 190 East and westbound motorists may take LA 59 to I-12, West on I-12 to US 190 West.
