*LANE CLOSURE* Outside Lane on LA 1208-3 (Jackson Street) in Rapides Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD), advises the public that beginning Monday, August 12, 2024 at 9:00 AM, there will be two lane closures at the intersection of LA 1208-3 and US 71 (Jackson Street and MacArthur Dr.). The east bound outside lane of LA 1208-3 (Jackson Street) and the inside lane of the south bound ramp leading onto US 71 (MacAuthur) will be closed to all traffic. These lane closures are needed to allow for the repair of a catch basin at this location. Weather permitting, all work associated with this lane closure will be complete on Thursday August 15, 2024.

Permit/Detour section
There are no detours at this time associated with the lane closures.
There will be a lane width restriction of 12 feet for traffic traveling East bound on LA 1208-3.
