  • Tuesday, July 9 at 8:00 p.m. until Wednesday, July 10 at 6:00 a.m.; and,
  • Wednesday, July 10 at 8:00 p.m. until Thursday, July 11 at 6:00 a.m.

I-10 Eastbound Exit Ramp at Exit 103A (LA 182/US 90: Morgan City) and I-49 Northbound at Exit 1A (I-10: Lake Charles) will be closed on the following nights.

• Sunday, June 30 at 8:00 p.m. until Monday, July 1, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

• Monday, July 1 at 8:00 p.m. until Tuesday, July 2, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting. --> CANCELED

• Tuesday, July 2 at 8:00 p.m. until Wednesday, July 3 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

• Monday, July 8 at 8:00 p.m. until Tuesday, July 9 at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting. --> NEW

These ramp closures are necessary to allow crews to perform milling and paving operations for the I-10 ramps.

Motorists traveling on I-10 Eatbound will only be able to access Exit 103A (LA 182/US 90: Morgan City) via the posted detour route, which includes continuing on I-10 Eastbound to Exit 104 (Louisiana Avenue), travel north on Louisiana Avenue, and then take I-10 Westbound back to Exit 103A (LA 182/US 90: Morgan City).

Motorists traveling on north on I-49/US90 will only be able to access I-10 Eastbound via the posted detour route, which includes taking I-49 Northbound to Exit 1C (Pont Des Mouton Road), travel west on Pont Des Mouton Road, and then take I-49 Southbound back to Exit 1A (I-10 East: Baton Rouge).

Detour routes will be posted during the ramp closure periods.

Emergency vehicles will not have access to the entrance and exit ramps at Exit 103A (LA 182/US 90 Morgan City)).

There will be no vehicle width restrictions with this work.
