LANE CLOSURE: US 165 @ Lonewa Road - Ouachita Parish

Update 10/25/2024: The median cross over at Lonewa Road and US 165 is now closed to all traffic.
Update 5/10/2024: Lane closures have been rescheduled to May 20, 2024.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that the intersection of US 165 and Lonewa Road in Ouachita Parish, will be under construction beginning Monday, May 13, 2024.
The project will have intermittent alternating lane closures both during the day and at night on US 165 Northbound and US 165 Southbound. The approximate limits of construction are .5 miles South of Lonewa Road and .5 miles north of Keystone road in Ouachita Parish.
Lane closure shall not be allowed:
US 165 NB
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
US 165 SB
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
If the SB lane closure extends through the intersection of US 165 @ LA
134/Keystone, then lane closures shall not be allowed as follows:
US 165 SB through the intersection of US 165 @ LA 134/Keystone
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday; 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
