Lane closures: I-10 EB and WB Feb. 14-16, 2024 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the right lane of Interstate 10 Eastbound from the Weigh Station (Mile Marker 2.5) to Exit 4 (Mile Marker 4) will be closed from 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2024, until 6 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024, and 7 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024, until 6 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2024.
The closure is necessary for crews to prepare for asphalt work.
The left lane of Interstate 10 Westbound from Mile Marker 8 (Exit 7) to Mile Marker 9 (Exit 9) will be closed from 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2024, until 6 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024, and 7 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024, until 6 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2024.
The closures are necessary for crews to remove temporary concrete barrier.
