US 61 Resurfacing and Safety Improvements From LA 22 to LA 74 Update

Workers have completed the final dressing of the median and the outside shoulder area of the road is near completion. Currently, workers reinstall the median street lights that were removed to install the added left turn lanes. Upcoming work includes the final stripping and seeding of the exposed dirt areas. The project is tentatively scheduled for competition in late May 2013.
