The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, DOTD, advises the public that LA 366, Pollock, Grant Parish, will be closed at the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks. The work will be done at Milepost 0.200 and is on Control Section 040-32. The closure will be on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 8:30 AM with a reopen at 2:00 PM. The closure is for Union Pacific to repair the track thru the crossing.

Permit/Detour Section
The roadway will be closed completely to all traffic during this time. The detour will be LA 366 to US 165 South to LA 8 East to LA 366. The detour can accept oversized loads and will be identified with proper markings for the general public. All emergency agencies will be notified of the road closure.

Safety Reminder
All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
