*NOW OPEN* BRIDGE CLOSURE: LA 15 Bridge over the Boeuf River, Richland Parish

UPDATE: Effective immediately, the LA 15 Boeuf River bridge is open to traffic.
The LA 15 Boeuf River Bridge located approximately 2 miles west of Alto, LA will be closed to all through traffic beginning Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm for work related to the LA 15 Boeuf River Bridge project.
Permit/Detour:
Restrictions: The roadway in the described area will be closed to all traffic.
Detour: All vehicles must detour using I-20.
Safety Reminder:
LADOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
