BRIDGE CLOSURE: LA 15 Bridge over the Boeuf River, Richland Parish *NOW OPEN*

UPDATE: 8/1/2023 - The LA 15 Boeuf River bridge is now OPEN to traffic.
UPDATE: 7/26/2023 - The LA 15 Boeuf River bridge is closed until further notice. This notice will be updated when the Bridge has opened to traffic.
UPDATE: 7/14/2023 - The LA 15 Boeuf River bridge is closed until further notice. This notice will be updated when the Bridge has opened to traffic.
The LA 15 Boeuf River Bridge located approximately 2 miles west of Alto, LA will be closed to all through traffic beginning Monday, June 5, 2023 for approximately 21 days to complete the replacement of the Boeuf River Bridge.
Permit/Detour:
Restrictions: The roadway in the described area will be closed to all traffic.
Detour: A detour route will be signed and provided for the duration of the closure. All vehicles must detour using I-20.

LADOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
