***UPDATE*** LANE OPEN: I-10 EB from Texas State Line to MM 1.5 – Calcasieu Parish

UPDATE: The lane is now open.
Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that, starting immediately, the right lane of Interstate 10 Eastbound will be closed from the Texas state line to Mile Marker 1.5.
The closures are necessary for roadway repairs. DOTD will issue a notice once the closure is lifted.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
