GeauxPass Customer Service Line Issues

Golden Meadow, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation (DOTD) announces intermittent phone outages at its GeauxPass Customer Service Center in Golden Meadow. The issue is due to technical problems from AT&T and is currently being addressed by the appropriate personnel.
GeauxPass customers are reminded that the customer service center can still be contacted through email at customerservice@geauxpass.com or by visiting the customer service center at 821 S. Alex Plaisance Blvd., Golden Meadow, LA.
An update will be provided when service is fully restored. DOTD apologizes for any inconvinience.
