Interstate 10 Calcasieu River Bridge Maintenance Project

Construction:
Remaining items on the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge Maintenance project include handrail repairs, deck patching, joint work, and bolt replacements and repairs.

Traffic:
A number of lane closures are expected to occur during nighttime and off-peak daytime hours until mid-August.  The closures will be needed to facilitate the replacement of handrail bolts, repairing handrail posts, and accessing areas underneath the decking to perform additional structural steel repairs. The project is expected to be complete by late September.

All above-mentioned work schedules are subject to change in the event of adverse weather. Please see public notices for exact times, dates and cancellations.
