***UPDATE***Nightly lane closures: I-10 EB and WB MM 7-8; March 21-24, 2023 – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be nightly closures of the left lane on Interstate 10 Eastbound and Westbound from Mile Marker 7 to Mile Marker 8, starting Tuesday, March 21, 2023, until Friday March 24, 2023.
All closures will be from 7 p.m.-6 a.m.
The closure is necessary for crews to place temporary concrete barriers.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
