UPDATE: This closure has been rescheduled to be completed on Friday, February 3, weather permitting. Also, there will be no restrictions on oversized loads. Thank you for your patience.
The westbound right lane of LA 14 from LA 675 to Bayou Carlin Bridge in Delcambre will be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31 and Wednesday, February 1, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary for bridge repair work on the Bayou Carlin Bridge in Delcambre.
The road will be open to regular traffic with an 18-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone in the westbound direction.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area.
