RESCHEDULED LA 87 between LA 671 and LA 670, Iberia and St. Mary Parishes, Road Closure

UPDATE #1: This closure has been rescheduled to begin on Wednesday, January 18 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting.
LA 87 between LA 671 and LA 670 in Iberia and St. Mary Parishes will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, January 16 at 7:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, weather permitting.

This closure is necessary to replace cross drains and do pavement patching in that section of the road.

The road will be open to local traffic only. Emergency vehicles will not have access through the entire area.

Detour route will consist of LA 671, LA 182 and LA 670.
