LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy): LA 73(Jefferson Hwy) - Sherwood Forest

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy.) between LA 73 (Jefferson Hwy.) and Airline Hwy will have one lane closed Westbound beginning Saturday, November 19, 2022 and ending Wednesday, November 23, 2022.
Weather permitting, the closures will occur at the following times:
• Saturday, November 19th and Sunday, November 20th from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Monday, November 21st through Wednesday, November 23rd from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The lane closures are necessary for installation of sidewalk and handicapped ramps.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
No width restrictions.
