LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy): LA 73(Jefferson Hwy) - Sherwood Forest

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 426 (Old Hammond Hwy.) between LA 73 (Jefferson Hwy.) and Palm Hills Blvd. will have one lane closed Eastbound beginning Saturday, October 29, 2022 and ending Friday, November 4, 2022.
Weather permitting, the closures will occur at the following times:
• Saturday, October 29th and Sunday, October 30th from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Monday, October 31st through Friday, November 4th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The lane closures are necessary for installation of sidewalk and handicapped ramps.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
No width restrictions.
