Construction of two new drainage structures on LA 835 near Jones, LA in Morehouse Parish is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. Construction of the new bridge and reinforced box culvert will be located 4.4 miles east of the US 165 and LA 835 intersection in Jones. Please exercise caution while driving through the work zone as construction crews will be working next to roadway. Construction work is anticipated to be complete by July 31, 2023.
Detours/Permits:
Detours: Formal detour routes are not required at this time. LA 835 will be open to traffic.
Restrictions: There are no restrictions to traffic at this time.
