I-12 Widening St. Tammany Parish Closures

Eastbound and Westbound I-12, located between the Airport Road/Northshore Blvd. interchange and the I-59/I-10/I-12 interchange will have intermittent lane closures of the outside lane beginning Monday, February 13, to Friday, February 17, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.  One lane will remain open at all times.  The lane closures are necessary while the contractor places asphalt along the edge of the roadway.

During the nightly construction, to avoid the lane closure, eastbound motorists may take

I-12 to LA 434, south on LA 434 to US 190, east on US 190 to I-10, and westbound motorists may take I-10 to US 190, east on US 190 to LA 434, North on LA 434 to I-12.
