INTERMITTENT LANE/RAMP CLOSURES: I-20 interchanges, Shreveport – Caddo Parish


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, May 16, 2022, there will be intermittent lane/ramp closures at various interchanges along I-20 in Shreveport, Caddo Parish.

The first intermittent lane closures will be located at the Southern Avenue/Common Street ramps.

These closures are related to a project to replace overhead signage and associated equipment.

At this time, this work will not affect the main travel lanes of I-20. As work progresses, additional information will be issued.

Permits/Restrictions: N/A

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
